Phil and Kari Ingram are High School teachers with the NSW Department of Education and Communities near the snowfields of NSW. They returned to their school in 2014 after a teaching exchange to Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Phil and Kari swapped teaching roles with their exchange partners and taught physical education, health, English and science during the professional development experience of a lifetime.
